I am a qualified accountant and member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants. The majority of my working career has been spent as a Management Accountant, however I started off by serving my 'internship' in Chartered Accountants offices preparing small and medium size business accounts and tax returns, as well as a four year stint in auditing.

 

In the past year I have 'dared to dream' and have chipped away at a change to the direction of my life.  Travel is my passion and so The Slow Travel Company NZ  has been created to enable me to share my passion for travel with others. What it has meant is that I have gained experience as a small business owner myself.  I have set up my own company and gained considerable experience at the 'coal face' so to speak.

 

At the moment I have just set up my own company accounts on XERO "the worlds easiest accounting system" and am currently embarking on the process to become a Xero Accounting Partner.
