Historic Devonport & North Shore Beaches Tour
Just across the Harbour Bridge are the seaside suburbs of Devonport, Takapuna and the East Coast Bays. People who live on the North Shore are fortunate to live with a beach close by. And they have numerous stunningly beautiful ones to choose from.
We will spend the day exploring these beautiful beaches and the adjacent shopping precincts and:
- Experience beautiful harbour and cityscape views
- Walk on soft white sand beaches
- Experience stunning coastal scenery and magnificent views of the Hauraki Gulf
- Paddle your feet and explore tidal pools - if the tide is out
- Enjoy a delicious two course lunch, together with a glass of wine, at a lovely café
- Stop for a 'cuppa' (either tea or coffee) at Tea shop with an extensive range of full-leaf teas. Enjoy making your selection from their 'stiffing wall'
- Shop for Kiwi-made art and crafts
- Have time to observe a diverse range of housing styles from stunning architecturally designed houses to pretty cottages and Victorian villa’s with lovely gardens and time to 'stop and smell the roses'
